By accessing and using the Yaro's Reef website (yaroreef.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website.

2. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of third parties. It is prohibited to:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
• Reverse engineer or extract data from the site

3. User Accounts

To make purchases, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities from your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Products and Prices

We strive to provide accurate information about our products, including descriptions, images, and prices. However, we do not guarantee that all information is completely accurate or up-to-date. • You make an offer to purchase the selected products
• You will receive an order confirmation email
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order
• The sales contract is completed when we ship the product
• Product availability is not guaranteed until shipping is confirmed

6. Payment and Billing

We accept the payment methods indicated on the website. All payments are securely processed through Stripe. For wholesalers and Yaro's Reef Plus customers, we offer credit options subject to approval. Electronic invoices (CFDI) are automatically issued after payment.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout the Mexican Republic:

• Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
• Express shipping: 2-3 business days
• Free shipping for Yaro's Reef Plus members and orders over $2,000 MXN
• Delivery times are estimated and may vary
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies

8. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of product receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for defective products or shipping errors. Live products (fish, corals, invertebrates) are non-refundable.

9. Warranties

Equipment products come with manufacturer's warranty. Defective products will be replaced or refunded as appropriate. We do not guarantee the survival of live organisms, as it depends on the maintenance conditions of the customer's aquarium.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and software, is the property of Yaro's Reef or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

Yaro's Reef will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or purchased products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after posting on the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
